Summer Camp

We had a weird week here.
Miranda was diagnosed with Fifth's Disease on Tuesday,
so she spent the week at home.
Needless to say, we had to come up with some new, fun
ways to amuse her.

She calls this Summer Camp.

Notice the tent, sleeping bag, and pillow.
These along with TV contribute to a vegetative state
(that allowed the parents to get some work done).

Being the evil parents that we are, we took her back to the Dr. today for her
last shots before starting school. We felt so bad that we decided to buy a plastic
pool to cheer her up. We tried to keep her out of the sun to avoid exacerbating
her rash. It may have been 95 degrees in the sun, but it was
sub-arctic in that pool under the carport.

Oh, the anticipation.

The Pool Foreperson.

The initial frigid shock -- compliments of Daddy.

This is how we "pose" for pictures now.
