So...recently we have been hearing a lot about someone named "buddy." That is short for everybody, somebody, etc. "Buddy want more (or mo')" is a very common phrase around here. Another common experience is for someone cute with curls to ask for something (pleading actually) and, then, when it is offered, she dramatically changes her mind and is fairly offended by whatever we offer. Here is a role reversal, reenactment of our life as we know it. Some "buddy" thinks this behavior is really a hoot from the other side of the fence...and is very certain she doesn't know anyone who acts like this. Hmmm.

Why all the pics?

Yep, Mommy has lots of papers to grade.

Miranda got a lightsaber recently and has apparently had secret meetings with Yoda in the last couple days. Here she is getting ready to fight the dark side (under her bed) and rid the galaxy of dust bunnies and a variety of other items that have been collecting underneath her crib.

How do you turn this $%@# thing on?

Success! Notice the confidence with which she wields her lightsaber. Go, young Jedi, go.

Mommy and Daddy, I have the power to stay up until all hours of the night with my lightsaber in hand. Except for when Daddy tricked me into giving it to him, and Mommy hid it in the hall closet. I descend from equally keen and cunning Jedi parents. Drat!

Oh, hello! I am a bigtime potty user these days.

Mommy & Daddy are so proud of my bathroom progress that they spoil me...rotten. Notice the rockin' new Crocs with Winnie the Pooh on them. They say its the only time its okay to have pooh on your shoe.

Girls' Day Out!

Today, Daddy had to work, so Mommy and I went out to lunch and shopped a little.

While we were out, I got a new baby that talks and moves, AND I picked out a stroller for my baby. Isn't it cute?

Mommy also helped me find some new bottles that sometimes look full, but they empty out when babies drink from them. She told me they even had these when Mommy was little.
